Vancouver Whitecaps are moving on up. Are they set to hit a purple patch of the season? Seven points from three tough matches bodes well, but can they find the consistency they are needing to take them down the stretch and finish in one of the top two places in the West.
We look back at he home draw against Seattle and the win on the road in Orlando. The 'Caps gave up a lot of shots and a lot of possession but still came away with four points from the six on the table, moving them up fourth in the standings. What went right? What's a cause for concern? And what players stood out for good and bad reasons?
We look at all that and more, plus we're joined by Radio Cascadia's Stephen Agen to look at the teams in the Western Conference right now and how things might shake out in the mix. And Half Man Half Biscuit return for our Wavelength section, we talk ice cream with Gordon Forrest, and find out if Robert Earnshaw fancies a Chocolate Digestive.

The oranges came to BC Place at the weekend, ripe for picking and they were duly juiced. But Vancouver Whitecaps made it difficult for themselves in their 2-1 weekend win over Houston Dynamo before coming away with a huge three points.
We look back at all the ins and outs, and highs and lows, from the match and hear from both head coaches, Vancouver's Carl Robinson and Houston's Wilmer Cabrera. It was an important win and we look ahead to another big match on Wednesday night when Cascadian rivals Seattle Sounders come a calling.
We bring you three one on one interviews this week as we catch up with the two newest Whitecaps, Egyptian midfielder Aly Ghazal and American defender Aaron Maund, and talk with PRO's General Manager Peter Walton about VAR and the standard of refereeing in North America.
All this plus a MLS rap song in this week's Wavelength section, the first edition of our new game show Play Your Caps Right, Jordan Harvey gives away his ice cream and fro-yo secrets, and does Gordon Forrest fancy a chocolate digestive?
There a couple of mic issues in the opening minutes, but we quickly fix those, so hopefully it doesn't spoil your enjoyment too much!

We've gone all Egyptian for this week's AFTN Soccer Show to welcome the latest Vancouver Whitecaps, Aly Ghazal and make him feel at home. We have the studio all decked out with Egyptian paraphernalia, and Steve and Anna battle it out in our Egyptian themed quiz for the prize of a chocolate pyramid.
What more could you want? Well three points on the road against a struggling New England Revolution side would have been nice. We look back at one of the worst games in the season and get the postgame thoughts of both head coaches, Carl Robinson and Jay Heaps. Did any 'Caps cover themselves in glory? And what about the surprise line-up changes, can more be read in to that?
We also look back at a busy week that saw players coming and going, and look ahead to the big home clashes to come, starting with next week's match with Houston Dynamo.
