Another MLS season has come to pass and another Vancouver Whitecaps rival has lifted the MLS Cup. Sigh. One day people, one day...

We were down in Seattle for Sunday's final as the Sounders took on TFC. We chat about the match and the main talking points coming out of it and how Seattle fared as a host city. It's a time for trophy presentations and champions to be crowned, but for Vancouver Whitecaps, it's a time to get themselves better.

It's another important offseason for the 'Caps, one in which they need to make significant improvements to try and become a playoff team again. The spotlight and the pressure is on head coach Marc Dos Santos as he scours the globe looking for the players to make all that happen.
