The year is fast coming to a close and so is the decade. So far it's all players on their way out at the Whitecaps, but could that change in the coming week as the MLS end of season draft mechanisms get into full swing?

Another MLS season has come to pass and another Vancouver Whitecaps rival has lifted the MLS Cup. Sigh. One day people, one day...
We were down in Seattle for Sunday's final as the Sounders took on TFC. We chat about the match and the main talking points coming out of it and how Seattle fared as a host city. Plus we bring you excerpts from Don Garber's State of the League address and chat about some of the main things covered in it, especially those with a Canadian bent.
Turning our attention to the Canadian national team, we eagerly look forward to the big game with the US in Florida on Friday and hear some thoughts from head coach John Herdman. It's a time for trophy presentations and champions to be crowned, but for Vancouver Whitecaps, it's a time to get themselves better.
It's another important offseason for the 'Caps, one in which they need to make significant improvements to try and become a playoff team again. The spotlight and the pressure is on head coach Marc Dos Santos as he scours the globe looking for the players to make all that happen.
He joins AFTN this week for an in-depth 45 minute chat about Whitecaps past, present, and future. Where did it all go wrong this year? How much has he questioned himself? There is no rest at AFTN Towers as the podcasts keep coming thick and fast.
