Vancouver Whitecaps are still top of the West, with five games remaining. With four of those matches on the road, the 'Caps will need to be at their best to stay there and it gets off to a tricky start with a trip to Seattle on Wednesday evening.
We preview that match with Radio Cascadia's Steven Agen. Can the 'Caps extend their unbeaten run to eight? Are the Sounders slumping? How will Fredy Montero be received? All this and a lot more Cascadia Cup chat.
We also hear from Fredy Montero himself about heading back to his old haunts, plus Carl Robinson, David Ousted, and Jordan Harvey chat to us about how the 'Caps need to approach this season run-in against their closest challengers.
We also look back at Saturday's win over Colorado Rapids and hear from both head coaches, and chat with Kendall Waston about his season so far.
Due to some technical issues stationwide at CiTR radio, the podcast of Sunday's AFTN Soccer Show will not be available for a couple of days. As such we've used some of the audio from Sunday's show with newly recorded links inbetween them. We'll be bringing out a specially edited version of Sunday's show now later in the week (as Episode 222) and add in some post Seattle stuff, so watch you podcast feeds for that.

After a weekend of high drama, Vancouver Whitecaps showed that they're still the daddy of the MLS Western Conference.
As the 'Caps grabbed a dramatic stoppage time equaliser to salvage a point against Columbus Crew, Tony Tchani and Kekuta Manneh stole all the headlines. We look back at all the main talking points and highs and lows of the match and hear from both head coaches, Vancouver's Carl Robinson and Columbus' Gregg Berhalter
We also look at whether the Crew are dark horses for the MLS Cup and chat with Kekuta Manneh after scoring in his emotional return to Vancouver.
Our feature interview this week is with 'Caps coach Carl Robinson. We sit down with Robbo for an in-depth chat to explore his psyche, what makes him tick, how he builds and plays his teams, and the rest of the season ahead, plus is it actually better to have had Yordy Reyna injured and now flying when it matters?
Plus we talk football with the legend that is actor Ray Winstone as we chat about Saturday's charity match at BC Place, West Ham, the Whitecaps, MLS, and more.
All this and we preview next weekend's Colorado Rapids game, find out if Stefan Marinovic fancies a chocolate digestive, and The Cockney Rejects make their first appearance in our Wavelength section.
